"Good location"

The location was superb. It was near the MTR station and many restaurants and a shopping center. Because of its centralised location, we were able to catch a direct bus to the Star Ferry to watch the laser show.

"Accessible hotel"

Hotel was easily accessible from the airport. We took A21 and dropped off directly in front of the hotel. Hotel was also near Prince Edward MTR and Fa Yuen St (good bargains for clothes). Room was kept clean always. We went with a baby and the hotel gave us a very nice cot.

Room size is ok. Yes... the bed is hard.. but My wife and I kinda liked it. We both had a good rest, probably because we were dead tired after 12 hours of shopping everyday..!! Location is good too.. Prince Edward MTR just across the street. Just one stop away from Ladies market. Hotel staff are helpful and patience. Front desk staff speak reasonably good english.. very polite and understanding. When I booked my room, i forgot to request I wanted a queen size bed. Upon arrival, there were no such rooms avaliable. However, the staff were understanding and arranged it for us in 2 hrs. And also, when I couln`t connect to the internet, the manager on duty was very helpful and fixed it for me. Excellent service..

Hotel was in a reasonable place for access to bus and underground,and within walking distance to markets ,restaurants, shops etc. Room was clean and tidy.

Clean and relatively big room by Hong Kong standards. Very convenient location, just a stone`s throw away from Prince Edward station and 7-11. Downside is the hard bed. I thought the reviews were exaggerated, but I`m sure you can dribble a basketball on it w/o problem! It`s that hard. We used the extra blanket to cushion the mattress. No prob w/ hot water on the 11th floor. We hardly made any interaction w/ any staff so can`t comment on their service. But overall, wouldn`t hesitate recommending it. Good value for money and convenient location.

Strategic location and convenient as its near to MTR station - less than 5 minutes walking distance. It is suitable for free and easy travellers to stay in this hotel. But the room a bit small even if you upgrade to Superior. Room is clean and the staff are friendly and provide good services. I definitely will stay in this hotel if I coming to visit Hong Kong.

Hotel is situated very close to Prince Edward MTR station and there are also numerous eating places around the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are of a good size (by Hong Kong standards) and very clean. Overall this is a value for money hotel given the location and rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

"OK for the price"

This is a very basic hotel. The room was very small but as we didn`t spend much time in it that was not a problem. The beds were reasonably comfortable. I have stayed in a lot better but for the price it was OK as hotels in Hong Kong are fairly expensive. It is very handy to several markets and also to the MTR, which gets you where you want to go very quickly.

What can I say but this is my third time to stay at this hotel. My only complaint is the price has increased everytime... Not sure if it is due to the season or what... Still a great price for Hong Kong.

Ok value for the price. Beds clean but hard and room is small. Quite convenient location - 200 steps away from Nathan Road and one of the bus transfer stations to mainland PRC is right outside the back door.
