Spa Cafe
The culinary concept is based on the Cretan diet pyramid, a specific interest of Executive Chef, Richard Ekkebus. He has explored this ancient diet rich in fruit, vegetables, cereals and olive oil, to create a menu that combines both wisdom and pleasure.
