A place to sleep in while you explore Hong Kong. It was a great hotel in the middle of the shopping areas in Kowloon. It was also near various transport. The room was not that good and had a bad odor and the air conditioner was very noisy. But this was a budget hotel. But I will use it again.

I don`t recommend to stay at Imperial hotel in Hong Kong (Kowloon) due to the fact that the hotel is very old and smelly. I left my discount card (local personnel card) in my room and the staff refused to find my card. Finally the staff found it after I said that I would send a letter of complaint to the hotel.

I first stayed here in 1990 and after two decades, it has changed for the worse. My room was old, poorly lit and and the bathtub was clogged. The only thing that`s going for this hotel is its location. It`s along Nathan Road and in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. But that`s about it.

Hotel with an excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui. Just opposite of the MTR station and walking distance to the Star Ferry terminal. Reception staff were polite but not very friendly. The room was old, noisy air-conditioning, old beds and not a very clean feeling. The location and price make up for that though. I would stay there again if I wanted a really cheap hotel in the middle of Hong Kong.

The hotel rooms are dirty, in need of decoration, very small and noisy. We requested another room when we saw that the bedding in the original room was soiled. Although the hotel is in an excellent area the shabbiness and noise made it a most unpleasant stay.

I have to say that this hotel has the best location, write on Nathan Road, minutes walk to many shops and next to a really nice Italian restaurant. The price we paid for was really cheap compared to other hotels in the same area. The room was clean and have just the amenities you needed. I think it is good value for my money.

Not very satisfactory room (a bit smelly even after they used air freshener after complaint & they say we can`t change room due to full-occupancy??), long response time & poor attitude for room service (can take more than half an hr to bring freshener. Require refurbishment as rooms look old. Only plus point is the accessible location.
