I booked for four persons but the room was really small. If I knew about the room and bed size, I would have booked elsewhere.

I was very happy staying here. It had a great location and accessible to many areas. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food does need to improve.

For a top rated hotel, I was very disappointed. The room I got had a bad view and it was very small. There was no iron or TV. Strangely, there was a DVD player. The heated pool was still cold. The gym was also bad. The breakfast buffet was expensive and there was no service. I also spotted overcharging when checking out. Not value for money.

The hotel was not far from the airport and city. I like shuttle bus service from this hotel to Kowloon hotel very much. It was very convenient. Room was clean and quite. You can enjoy harbor views at the pool.

This is the nearest hotel to go to Guang Zhou or Dong Guan (Chang Ping) via train. From the hotel walk around 7mins to the KCR train station. You take the train here. The hotel has internet access available in the rooms but no WiFi. Rates were reasonable.

Rooms were small but comfortable with all needed facilities. There were good restaurants in the hotel and the buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very well connected with taxi and shuttle to airport and just behind the hotel was the train station going to China. There was a shopping mall next door. The hotel was not in the city center but on the Kowloon side. The new airport was very well connected with the shuttle train so if you do not have heavy luggage then it would be an ideal transport.

If you don`t mind walking to most TST attractions, or you frequently use the KCR to get to the New Territories or Shenzhen area this is the place to stay! Clean, well maintained, and very good value. High speed internet access is a bit of a rip off but this seems typical in Hong Kong. You can always camp out in the Shangri-La lobby and update your outlook from there for free!

Check this hotel out. It`s great and it`s cheap. The only drawback is they don`t have a bath tub. Other than that, it`s great. I got a free complimentary upgrade.
