The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Marrakech. It is within walking distance of the Medina and Jamaâ El Fna square. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. I was very disappointed with the spa - I tried the hammam which was not warm enough (electrical heating) and cost EUR 15 per person for 30 minutes.
Great pool and garden. Quiet area. Within walking distance of the Medina and Mohammed V avenue. Nice room with very comfortable bed. Large selection offered for breakfast. The Casino of Marrakech is located across the garden of the hotel.
Service is often poor (breakfast). There is no nightlife at the hotel - the bar was always empty.
- Nightlife Tip : The hotel is next door to the Sofitel. The Sofitel has a very nice piano bar at night where you can enjoy a glass of wine or fresh mint tea.
Definetely not a 5-star hotelGuest Rating: 2.5

The check-in took really long. I requested a room on a higher floor and got one at the 2nd (of five floors) although there were enough rooms available. The hotel seems to be built in the 60s and looks more like a hotel for charter or bus groups. Its definitely not a 5-star hotel! No luxury at all. Also staff wasn't really friendly. You could have done better with a 3 or 4 star hotel in Marrakech for a much better rate. Room wasn't clean - dust from the 70s everywhere. Wonder if they don't have room supervisor who is responsable for the rooms.
Spacious rooms, great breakfast.
Old fashioned, staff was unfriendly.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Fashion hotel.
