We booked a tour to Abu Simbel through the front desk, and they were very accommodating - they even gave us a wake-up call for the pick-up and they packed a to-go breakfast (which wasn't very good, though the gesture was nice). The figure eight-shaped pool is nice - if a little small for the number of people using it - but the adjacent deck has awesome views of the Nile and of Elephantine Island. I would stay here again.

Restaurant Tip : Be sure to have at least one meal at one of the floating restaurants on the river. The nighttime breeze makes for a magical dining experience.
